  • The rental period is one day (24 hours, calculated from departure) or more, and is always in full days. Any rental of less than 24 hours will be charged a full day's rate.
  • Unlimited mileage!
  • The authorized driver(s) must have a valid driver's license and passport.
  • Delivery to the airport, your hotel or residence is free (usually a minimum rental period of 3 days required).
  • In case of mechanical problems, one of our mechanics will come to you and make any necessary repairs on the spot (free of charge). If the vehicle cannot be repaired, you will be given a replacement vehicle at no additional cost.
  • The vehicle's gasoline level is recorded at the time of rental. Vehicle should have same level at time of return. If gas level is lower than recorded, a refueling charge will be charged.

1)  How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car?
We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance. We will accept
reservations up to your arrival date.
2) Is there a minimum rental period required?
Three days is minimum.
3) What are the refueling terms?
A refueling charge will be incurred if the car is returned with less fuel than when rented.
4) Will my car be available at the airport or other pick up location?
Yes, your car will be waiting for you at the airport.  If you prefer hotel
pick up, select other option as pick up option on the reservation form. Fill in the details in
the question or comments box on last page of form.
5) What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Just send an e-mail to info@hotdealsrentacar.com at least 24 hours in advance.
 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will will result in a penalty fee equivalent
 to one rental day.
6) What is the minimum age required to rent a car?
Hot Deals Rent-a-car requires that a driver be at least 21 in order to rent a vehicle.
7) What if I need a child's car seat?            
Children's car seats are available upon request (Be sure to check off child seat 
box on reservation request.) for an additional fee of $80 pesos per day.
8) Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, you can add a second driver at no additional charge. All drivers must meet
 qualifications and register at the time of rental.
      
9) What should I do should the rental vehicle break down and require service?
Call us at 809-710-1441. Roadside service is available 24 hours a day.            

10) Is there a mileage charge?
No. Our rates include unlimited free mileage/kilometers. 

11) How about insurance?
You may use a credit card that covers car rental insurance when
 you use their card to rent a vehicle. Or you may choose our insurance, which works
with a deductible in case of total damage or theft.
